Hi there, we are bonsai.tech, a young crew of witty and skilled people who aren’t afraid to embrace clients’ game-changing mindsets and hand over new AI-based solutions. 😃
Founded in 2017 as part of the Span group, it has been our mission to let AI learn from people, augmenting their abilities in everyday work. We believe in creating a world without boring jobs, and you?
As a Mid/Senior .NET/C# Developer, you will work in a small and agile team using various tools and the newest technology. You will participate in a variety of development projects and help plan, execute and upgrade them. The main focus of our developers is working with data ingestion, processing and delivery. There is a good chance you will integrate AI services in your solutions that other engineers in Bonsai develop.
Responsibilities
- Develop web applications with .NET Core (C#), using ASP.NET Core
- Create serverless solutions on Azure using .NET Core (C#)
- Use Azure AD for cloud resources management and hosting
- Provide upgrades and fixes to our existing solutions
- Create and manage Azure DevOps tools for deployment and management of solutions
- Review code
- Mentor Junior developers
- Solutions architecture planning and project specifications review
Technical skills and experience required
- BS in Computer Science, or similar degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience using: C#, .NET
- Experience working with SQL databases
- Excellent coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Committed to sound testing, best practices, and documentation
- Experience building, deploying and maintaining web services using .NET
- Experience using and managing Azure Cloud or any other cloud platform in a production environment
- Experience using Azure DevOps for code versioning, building CI/CD pipelines and/or automated testing
- A clear understanding of how software performance, scalability, and security can be monitored/impacted/improved
- Good spoken and written English skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with NoSQL databases
- Past projects included web apps with Windows/Azure AD authentication
- Successful outcomes addressing the performance of server-side code
- Experience working with Azure Functions, Azure hosted applications and resources using Azure Managed Identity
- Experience using Entity Framework Core or similar ORM
- Knowledge of Frontend technologies: React.js, Tailwind CSS, Typescript
